Join Us for our October Luncheon at the River's Edge Wednesday, October 25, 2017 Speaker: Mr. Jason Dunn Registration ends October 18, 2017 Topic: Improving Team Effectiveness There has been extensive research in ways in which PMs can improve team effectiveness. Some of the insights appear to be common sense but, upon investigation, we find that common sense is not so common. The real difficulty for a PM is trying to get an honest gauge of your team’s cohesion, communication, and alignment. These three areas are repeatedly shown to be critical components of effective teams. This session will provide the following insights: Research and data that illustrate the links between behaviors and outcomes, Elements of the “Project Team Health Chain”, “Drivers and Influencers” that a PM can use to improve Project Team Health, and Exercises that PMs can use to improve team health. Join us on October 25th as we explore these topics. In addition, the speaker will provide a take-away handout for all participants as a PM tool for team effectiveness! PDUs - 1
