Legacy Flight Academy® (LFA) will host Eyes Above the Horizon®,
LFA's unique 1-day outreach and flight introduction program is designed for students aged 10-19.
PMI-Southern Maryland Chapter is seeking volunteers to support LFA on-site at the Eyes Above the
Horizon program. Volunteers will serve as project managers in varying roles, including:

∙Marshall aircraft
∙Events
∙STEM
∙Character Development
∙College/Career
∙Vendors/Speakers
∙Youth Team Leads
∙Pilots
∙Flight-Ops

∙Oversight

Eyes Above the Horizon® is an outreach and flight orientation program designed to inspire youth to reach
beyond their familiar circumstances and to consider pursuing careers in Aviation and STEM.
This program provides youth from underserved and underrepresented communities with an opportunity to develop and foster an interest in
aviation careers through flight introductions, mentorship, and immersion into the rich history and LEGACY of the Tuskegee Airmen.
No previous aviation experience is necessary. To learn more about LFA's Eyes Above the Horizon® program,
