The Ancient Egyptian project managers had to deal with scope, cost and time just like modern day project managers. The presentation will shed new light on some historical misconceptions and mysteries. The presentation and following discussion of information drawn through a hieroglyphics lens should reaffirm the work that underpins the PMBOK.
