Topic: Overcoming Aversion to Risk Management

Overview: Journey back in time to the Trojan War to confront the "Cassandra Syndrome" (people's aversion to considering risk), and discuss how risk management can improve projects today. Using examples from people in risky professions who embrace and even profit from risk management (astronaut, cave diver), we will look at how to motivate people to identify and manage risk.
