Overview:
Rachelle Green, Deputy Director of the Calvert Marine Museum, explains the duality of museum administration and project management in cultural institutions. From designing exhibits to multi-million dollar capital projects, museum administrators employ project management skills at every level. And in the museum field, it is one of the least discussed or expected parts of the job! Join Rachelle as she discusses examples of museum projects and her role as a museum administrator – specifically her newest project, the Lore Oyster House in Solomons, Maryland.
