Topic Summary: Do you, as a project manager sometimes struggle with managing and maintaining motivation with your teams? Do you have problems at times motivating yourself when there are challenges or problems? In his presentation at the 4th Annual Professional Development Day last November, Kendall Lott talked about lessons learned in an Appalachian Trail through hike. Now, Kendall shares his insights on Managing Motivation in the face of colliding with…the workplace. Join Kendall and the PMI Southern Maryland Chapter on Wednesday, March 27th, from 7-9 PM at the UMD Kim Engineering Building in the Kay Boardroom to discover how to better manage and maintain motivation.
