Topic Summary
The demands in our fast-paced workplaces brought about by advanced technology, competition, and a drive for fast results have necessitated we quickly adapt to change, innovate, troubleshoot, multi-task, and do it all while also attempting to lead a rich, fulfilling, and "balanced" life. As Project and Program Managers, we need to help our teams to Navigate and Embrace change so that we can have happy project teams that produce superior results despite the stress inherent with Change.
Jen Andersen, with 20+ years of leadership development, training and coaching will be with us to help us to be aware of the effects of the stress caused by change on us and our teams, and to improve our communication, team dynamics, and leadership skill.

Join us on August 29th from 7-9pm at the University of Maryland Kim Engineering Building in the Kay Boardroom.
