Join PMI Southern Maryland Chapter and Mr. Charles Jones, St. Mary’s County Toys for Tots Coordinator, on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 as Mr. Jones presents the Project Management aspects of the Toys for Tots Program in St. Mary's County.
Mr. Jones will discuss the mission of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program in St. Mary’s County --- to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in St. Mary’s County.Mr. Jones will also discuss goals of the program --- with the primary goal of Toys for Tots in St. Mary’s County being to deliver, through a shiny new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to less fortunate children that will motivate them to grow into responsible, productive, patriotic citizens and community leaders.
In support of the St. Mary's County Maryland Toys for Tots program, bring a new, unwrapped toy to the luncheon and receive (1) TOY BUCK – a coupon good for $10 off any future PMI Southern Maryland event AND (2) your name in a special door prize drawing – receive a ticket in the special door prize drawing for every toy you bring!
