PMI SoMD Supporting Christmas in April 2017
Christmas in April St. Mary’s County, Inc. is gearing up for their 27th Neighbor helping Neighbor Day on April 29, 2017. Their mission is to repair the homes of the elderly, handicapped and low income homeowners in St. Mary’s County at no cost to the homeowners. Christmas in April wants the homeowners to be safe, warm, dry and independent in their homes. In the past 25 years Christmas in April has repaired 707 homes, 18 nonprofit facilities, used the skills of over 40,400 volunteers and made 7 million dollars’ worth of free repairs to these homes. Christmas in April has improved the quality of life of over 2,000 St. Mary’s County homeowners!! This year Christmas in April will be working on 17 homes and 2 community projects in St. Mary's County. All the repairs done to the homes are free.
All registrations must be complete by 14 March, 2017.

Volunteers can be skilled or unskilled. If you can't make it on April 29th consider volunteering at another time. Volunteers with computer skills, computer graphic skills, and office skills are also needed.
