PMI SoMD Chapter Event - PG County

Project Planning begins during project initiation and continues throughout the life of the project. It is not a linear process but a simultaneous one. While it is all too common for projects to fail (only 28% succeed), frequently over budget and behind schedule, analysis suggests poor planning is a fundamental culprit.

Come on April 19th and hear John Cable, R.A., PMP, founder and director UMD's Project Managemnt Cente for Excellence discuss project planning best practices and lead a short workshop on application of the concepts.

Food and Soft Drinks will be provided.
