John Johnson, Co-Founder of Second Nature Software, LLC, and previously a Senior Agile Project Manager for IBM (see bio attached), will present the origins, evolution, and comparison of current Agile methodologies; how Agile, Lean, and Waterfall project management philosophies differ; and popular methods of Agile tactics and scaling.

After the presentation, he will provide a hands-on Agile exercise, where we will go through a mock planning day for a team that wants to produce a mobile app in a single iteration.

Come ready to learn and participate!  In our recent survey, you asked for Agile coverage and a hands-on exercise, so here is your opportunity to learn.
