Join Us for our June 16, 2020, Online Event
Overview: We have probably all heard of and used the “Communication Model” which states that every communication involves a sender, a receiver, messages, and noise. But do we understand the sources of noise, how to proactively identify them and attempt to minimize their negative occurrence or impact on our projects? Doesn’t that sound a lot like risk management? Well, it is! To be successful on projects, we must manage communication noise as a risk threat and put strategies in place to avoid, mitigate, transfer or accept the noise in our communications. Together, let’s explore the various sources of noise risk on a typical project and learn how to tame this beast.
